Welcome to The Feather Atelier (thefeatheratelier.com). These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy one of our digital products. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The Feather Atelier is a small creative studio based in Norway that makes digital wall art, books and journals. You can reach us at info@thefeatheratelier.com.

2. Digital products

Everything in our shop is a digital download: printable art files and PDF books and journals. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive a download link by email. Please check that the format and sizes described on the product page suit you before you buy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Payment is handled securely by our checkout and payment providers; we never see or store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery. Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven § 22 n), the 14-day right of withdrawal then ends once the download is made available to you.

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, write to us within 30 days and we will send a corrected file or give you a full refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

5. Licence: how you may use our files

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and use it for your own private, non-commercial use, for example to frame a print for your home, to give a copy you printed yourself as a personal gift, or to print journal pages for yourself. You may print as many copies as you need for your own use.

You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the files, upload them to other websites, or use them in products for sale. All artwork, text and designs remain the property of The Feather Atelier.

6. Printing

Colours can look slightly different on screen and in print, depending on your screen, printer, paper and ink. We recommend printing art on matte or fine-art paper at a local print shop for the best result.

7. Inspiration, not advice

Our books and journals explore the symbolism and meaning of feathers for reflection and inspiration. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are going through grief or a difficult time, please reach out to a qualified professional.

8. Using this website

You may browse and share links to this website freely. Please do not copy or republish our images or text without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to help. You may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
